Fanny's Musings

This is the Fanny painting I have been working over the holidays.  I love that quote from Mansfield Park and I tried to make the dress look like the one described in the book, the one Fanny wears to the dinner at the parsonage, with "shiny little spots" - as Edmund puts it.

    I love this quote from Fanny! Fanny, Edmund and Mansfield Park have recently become favorites of mine, almost rivaling Northanger Abbey in my affections. Fanny's dress here is just exquisite!
